The NODINA manifesto

# Build with AI. Take responsibility for the result.

We believe in teams that understand what they develop, know how to work with AI and take responsibility for the result.

Our starting point

## Fifteen years building products and teams.

Jean-David Collard
Founder of NODINA

Fifteen years of projects, hiring and team leadership have shaped the perspective of Jean-David Collard, NODINA’s founder: a team’s quality shows in its decisions, its work and its ability to move forward together.

NODINA puts that experience at your service. We bring together senior engineers in Europe and Latin America for European and US clients, with a shared standard: work that is useful, understandable and built to last.

-

## Ability shows in the work.

A background starts the conversation. Code, technical choices and delivered projects take it further. NODINA Select places this practice, and the ability to explain decisions, at the heart of selection.

-

## AI accelerates the work. Engineers own the result.

Providing context, choosing tools, reviewing outputs and testing results are part of the job. An agent’s autonomy needs explicit boundaries and appropriate oversight.

-

## A strong team helps everyone progress.

Individual ability matters as much as collaboration. We look for engineers who share context, welcome review and pass on their knowledge.

-

## The work fits into your organization.

Your repositories, tools and priorities: the team works in your environment. Responsibilities, working arrangements and price are defined in the proposal. No equity or recruitment fees.

-

## High standards are passed on.

Scientific research helps question AI results and limitations. Teaching software engineering and AI in a university MIAGE master’s program allows Jean-David Collard to help develop future talent and recognize its potential.

AI-native Teams · Getting started

## One week to choose. Three to start delivering.

Choose and approve your team in one week. The next two weeks prepare its integration into your project. From three weeks in total, the team is ready to work and produce its first pull requests.

-

Week 1

### Choose and approve your team

From your brief, we define the roles and propose engineers. You meet them and approve the team composition and working arrangement.

-

Weeks 2 and 3

### We prepare onboarding with you

Repository access, development environment, tools and product context: we prepare the work and initial priorities with your team.

-

At the end of 3 weeks

### Your team produces its first pull requests

Engineers work in your codebase and submit their first changes for review, following your priorities and practices.

Three weeks in total from a complete brief: one week for selection and approval, followed by two weeks of preparation. Timeline confirmed based on engineer availability, interview slots and access preparation.
